ABOUT JANIO

Janio is a cross-border smartlogistics solutions provider in Southeast Asia (SEA), connecting merchants,logistics partners, and major industry players across the globe. As we advancetowards building this integrated end-to-end logistics network of key players,our evolving data-intelligent platform will empower SEA’s ecommerce businessesto scale quickly and reliably. Our platform will look to use AI andmachine learning to enable real-time tracking, route optimization, warehousemanagement, and dynamic forecasting — in order to build Southeast Asia’sleading logistics network.


THE CHALLENGE

Gearing up for the next growthstage, Janio is looking for People Collaborators who will be responsible forthe day-to-day operations of people matters and workplace management. This roleworks as a partner to the business unit, working closely and providing adviceto functional heads in the people aspect.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The successful candidate will:

  • Be involved in thecoordination and driving of key initiatives for the entire employee lifecyclefrom recruitment and onboarding, to offboarding
  • Work closely with the PeopleTeam to implement best practices and processes
  • Be responsible for managingthe day-to-day people operations.
  • Be the first point of contactfor people issues such as compensation and benefits administration, generalpolicy queries and other employment-related issues for employees.
  • Collaborate with relevantinternal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the day-to-day peopleoperations and follow-ups of discussions
  • Support the people Team in anyassigned administrative and ad-hoc tasks


THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in Business, HumanResource, Psychology, or any other relevant fields of study
  • Min. 3 years of workingexperience as HR generalist, preferably in a fast-paced and fast-evolvingenvironment
  • Excellent time and stakeholdermanagement skills
  • Strong interpersonal, projectmanagement and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skillsand high attention to detail
  • A proactive team player with adesire to learn and willingness to take initiative
  • Proficient working knowledgeof computer systems, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
