Do you clear cargo that has already arrived?
No. We pre-clear only, so documents must reach us at least 12 hours before your cargo arrives.
Do you clear courier parcels?
No. We clear air and sea freight of general cargo for businesses.
I don't have a local company. Can I still import?
Yes. We arrange an Importer of Record in each country: Janio in Singapore, and a partner broker in the Philippines and Malaysia.
Do you take personal shipments?
No. Business imports only.
