Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum spend or contract?
No. You pay per shipment. Truck part loads start at 150 kg chargeable, and air from 45 kg.
What can I ship?
General cargo and ecommerce stock, in cartons or on pallets, at any declared value. We don't carry dangerous goods, perishables or chilled and frozen cargo.
Why don't you show prices on the page?
Your rate depends on the lane, size and how often you ship. Send the details and we'll reply with one all-in price within 1 working day.
Do you take personal shipments?
No. SMB Freight is for businesses only. We don't move personal parcels or household goods.
Do you insure my cargo?
No. We don't sell cargo insurance, and cargo travels at the owner's risk under our standard trading conditions. Arrange your own transit cover, with a waiver of subrogation in favour of us and our carriers. We'll send the wording with your quote.
